HOW CAN I BE SURE ABOUT QUALITY?

We only use proven suppliers both locally and offshore. We ensure we get printed samples and have over 400 quality control agents in China to inspect your goods.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE IS AN ISSUE WITH QUALITY?

If any product is found to be commercially unacceptable we will either replace or credit.

I AM ALREADY SOURCING DIRECT FROM CHINA. WHY SHOULD I SOURCE FROM MAXIMUS?

Very importantly, we eliminate your risk. We're buying in volume and know who we are dealing with. We manage the whole process for you. From samples, production, quality assurance to shipping and customs.

I'M USING A VARIETY OF SUPPLIERS WHY SHOULD I CHANGE?

Instead of using a supplier for every category of product, through Maximus you can have one production supplier for all your marketing needs, giving you one contact and point of call. This will save you time and money.

WHAT IS THE BENEFIT OF CONSOLIDATING YOUR PURCHASES?

The benefits are twofold. You spend less management time dealing with a multitude of suppliers and save money by leveraging your buying power with us.

OUR COMPANY HAS AN ARRANGEMENT/CONTRACT IN PLACE WITH A SUPPLIER

Maximus has a much broader scope than any one supplier. Also it may be a good opportunity to benchmark your current costs for the next period.

Yes, we have a carefully selected portfolio of proven and trusted suppliers.

HOW DO YOU HANDLE FAST TURNAROUND REQUIREMENTS?

We use a number of Australian suppliers or air freight from China.

No, you would manage the relationship with Maximus and your company to achieve best practice sourcing and production management.
