SHIPPING

Freight and transports costs from Maximus Production Services nominated warehouse and in-transit insurance incurred in respect of goods are the responsibility of the Customer. Customers may nominate a carrier to be used for deliveries or alternatively use Maximus Production Services appointed carrier/s with whom favourable rates have been negotiated.

RETURNS

Any goods purchased by the Customer from Maximus Production Services may only be returned to Maximus Production Services where notification of the proposed return of the goods is received within 7 working days of the invoice date and Maximus Production Services has agreed in writing to accept the return of the goods and the goods are returned at the expense of the Customer.

No goods custom made to special order may be returned for credit unless agreed by Maximus Production Services.
